Trinette enjoys spending time with her husband and two teen boys when she isn’t learning the ins and outs of Black Mountain Software as a Support Specialist. With a background in all things customer service and business management, she was born to guide clients to the finish line with a smile and a giggle and is a valuable part of Black Mountain Software’s Support Team.
