About me
Mernie McCarl is the Criminal Records Trainer at Montana Criminal Records & Identification Services Section (CRISS), Division of Criminal Investigation. In her role she has the opportunity to train law enforcement, courts and prosecutors in the creation and maintenance of criminal records and instruct noncriminal justice agencies in the use of fingerprints for obtaining federal fingerprint-based background checks.
