About me
I am a Compliance Specialist with the Department of Labor. I have a bachelor's in forensic psychology and a master's in criminal justice. I worked for the agency from 2010 through 2013 and, after a short career in the Department of Corrections, I returned to the agency in 2021. I currently enforce the provisions of the Montana wage payment act, state and federal minimum wage and overtime laws, prevailing wage, and the child labor laws. I have knowledge in state and federal labor laws and enforce compliance of those regulations by providing assistance to employees and employers around the state to help them achieve a level of understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
