About me
Courtney represents issuers, underwriters, and borrowers in a variety of
public finance transactions. She advises state and local government clients
regarding the range of financing tools available under state law, and acts as
bond counsel on a wide range of revenue bond financings, general obligation
bond financings and special district financings. She regularly advises clients
with respect to tax, securities, and municipal law matters.
